Introducing Nadege Marc, AGPCNP-C
Primary care at home is please to introduce our newest team member.
Nadege Marc, AGPCNP-C is now seeing patients in their home. She is a graduate of Indiana University School of Nursing and is certified as an Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Marc gained experience as a Registered Nurse at Eskenazi Hospital and the VA Medical Center.
Nadege is excited to see new patients and works collaboratively with Dr. Randall Horine. She is available to see traditional Medicare and Medicaid patients at this time.

Dr. Randall Horine, a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 40 years of experience.
Dr. Horine treats adults including seniors and those with special needs. Dr. Horine Graduated from Indiana University and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, where he practiced until 2019.
He has a special interest in assisting home-bound patients to remain in their homes and out of the hospital.
